NEMO phone conf (Paea, Haishan, Dejing, Gwen, & Bob)

Revision of NEMO_spatial: ~June1-July 5

1. Re-implement NEMO_spatial in OWL (from scratch) The goal here is to have a perfectly *clean* OWL ontology for NEMO (no OBOinOWL translation awkwardness).
   • Who: Paea & Gwen
   • Time estimate: 8-12 hours of manual labor
   • Deadline: Wednesday (June 3)
2. Research import/namespace or "linkage" issue in OWL, mimicking Birnlex (neurolex/NIF.owl), and propose a viable, standard solution
   • Who: Haishan & Dejing
   • Time estimate: 3-6 hours of research/analysis/investigation time
   • Deadline: Wednesday (June 3)
3. Implement BFO/BIRN/PATO/SAO/etc. linkages (combine #1 & #2).
   • Who: Paea & Haishan
   • Time estimate: 20 minutes
   • Deadline: Thursday (June 4)
4. Add Class annotations (see 'NEMO-PropertyAnnotations-05282009-pl-v2.doc')
   • Who: Haishan & Gwen
   • Time estimate: 15 mins to add new fields (Haishan); 5-8 hours to add content (Gwen)
   • Deadline: Friday (June 5)
